To purchase via e-transfer:

1. Submit your payment with your chosen amount to jessy@mycoloury.ca

2. It’s important to email us right after payment has been submitted. As we receive payments on a regular basis, we want to ensure yours is properly accounted for. In the email, please include the name of your recipient, your name to add as the giver, and message if applicable (“Happy birthday, Mary!” etc.)

3. You will receive a response within 24 hours. If not, please check your spam folder or send a direct message to @mycoloury on Instagram.

To purchase with a credit card:

1. To pay with a credit card, there will be an additional fee. Please use this secure link to submit your payment.

2. In the “Note for the Seller” box, please include the name of your recipient, your name to add as the giver, and message if applicable (“Happy birthday, Mary!” etc.)

3. You will receive a response to your email address provided within 24 hours. If not, please check your spam folder or send a direct message to @mycoloury on Instagram.

Any leftover unredeemed balances are non-refundable, but may be applied to a different service.
